        STCW COURSES PART - A  AND PART – B.

 

Many seafarer having this doubt about PART - A and PART - B . in all STCW refresher courses.

PART -  A

Part – A is a online course for this candidate need to do online E – Learning course which is required. Then candidate need to book a online theory class. With marine training institute. And complete EXIT EXAM. Then candidate will get certificate of 18 months validity. After part A candidate can go for the selling with the certificate. Without any problem.

 

PART – B

Part – B is practical classes for this candidate need to have Part A certificate which is valid for 18 month. Then candidate can approach to the training  institute and can book practical classes. For Part –B candidate need to have Part A certificate that is mandatory.  After Part B completion candidate will get the certificate of five years validity.

Also need to pay two time for the courses part - A and Part – B. both having deferent fees.
