D G Shipping has upgraded the online recently. Thereupon candidate can check eligibility of COP, WATCHKEEPING and DC. Those candidates updated the D G Profile they easily can check eligibility. Those haven’t updated profile please update profile Then candidate can check eligibility easily.

 

How to check eligibility online

•             Open the D G Shipping website first.

•             Then click on E –GOVERNANCE tab. then again click on e-governance.


                                


•             The next page going to be the login page.

•             Candidate must login with a login id (INDOS NUMBER) and password also same INDOS    

               NUMBER                                                         

              ( For the password candidate should enter INDOS number and 1 at the last., e.g. 11CL24211)

     

                         

 •            In The following page find the UPDATE SEAFARER PROFILE option click on it.

•             In the following page candidate will find the COP new option for eligibility checks click on it.

•             Go to the check eligibility.

•             Next page select your option which certificates eligibility want to check. And click on 

               continue.

•             On the following page candidate will find all required documents. The document mark with                     red Color it means that document still not updated on D G Profile.

•             Make sure that each one document shown within the list it should be in black color (black 

               color  Means that particular document is updated on profile)  


                                      

  

•             Once successfully Apply for the watch keeping, COP or DC. Candidate will get

              Confirmation on same page instant of document list.


 How to urge watch keeping, COP, DC certificates online


                             



 Before candidate gets the certificates by speed post directly to the home. But now candidate can see certificate online and may print the same.

•             Open the D G Shipping website first.

•             Then click on E –GOVERNANCE tab. Then again click on e-governance.

•             Next page in the center, you may find all the name of documents. Click in the identical

               Document which is you searching for.

•             Once you click in the desired document on the Identical Page certificate detail are going to                       be shown.

•             Then click in view option you'll get your certificates in PDF and same can download and print.

•             The printed certificate is the original certificates which is valid for all further procedure. It                       Can  also carry onboard the ship.
